Strict controls have been exercised in the last few days in the prison of Koridhalos in Greece, resulting in the discovery of many illegal items.

During the checks, 6 mobile phones, 4 chargers, headphones, 1 TV BOX remote control, 1 mobile phone case, 8 improvised knives, 2 commercial knives, 1 plastic commercial knife and 20 iron, wood and plastic sticks were found and seized.

Mobile phones were found during the controls of the Albanian detainees Jorgo Mako, 27 years old from Dropulli, arrested for drugs and Arbi Shkurti, 35 years old, arrested for attempted murder. A cell phone was also found in the cell where the Albanian detainee Ino Tsakamenu, 33, from Paftali, Berat, was.

Other items were found among other detainees from Greece and Serbia, as well as in common facilities. Criminal charges have been filed against the detainees.
