Two young men have been arrested by police in Shkodra, while a third has been declared wanted, after they turned a rented apartment into a drug processing and distribution facility.
The operation, codenamed “Target Group”, led to the arrest in flagrante delicto of NF, 18, and KZ, 20, both residents of Shkodra. They were caught in the “Manush Alimani” neighborhood with doses of cocaine and Cannabis Sativa, which they were keeping for sale, mainly to young people.
A 23-year-old man was also wanted, who had rented the premises where the activity was taking place. According to the investigation, the apartment was not used for residence, but for hiding narcotics and dividing them into doses ready for the market.
During the search, police seized cocaine and Cannabis Sativa divided into doses, pharmaceutical packaging bags, 5 electronic scales, 2 cell phones, a metal baton, a motorcycle, and a sum of money suspected to have been gained from the sale.

Two citizens are caught red-handed and put in handcuffs. Their accomplice is wanted.
The narcotics cocaine and Cannabis Sativa, pharmaceutical bags for their packaging, 5 electronic scales, 1 cold weapon, 1 motor vehicle used for this criminal activity and a sum of money suspected to have been obtained from it were seized.
The Narcotics Investigation Specialists of the Shkodra Police Department, in cooperation with the Operational Support Section and the "Eagle" Special Force, based on information provided about the sale of narcotics in the city of Shkodra, organized and finalized the operation codenamed "Target Group".
As a result of the operation, citizens NF, 18 years old, and KZ, 20 years old, both residents of Shkodra, were arrested. They were caught red-handed by the Police services, in the "Manush Alimani" neighborhood, with doses of suspected narcotics cocaine and Cannabis Sativa, which they possessed with the intention of selling, mainly to young people.
Also, their accomplice, citizen LA, 23 years old, resident of Shkodra, was declared wanted.
This citizen had rented a premises in the "Manush Alimani" neighborhood, where, together with the two arrested citizens, they hid the narcotic substance and prepared it in doses for sale.
As material evidence, a large quantity of doses of suspected narcotics, cocaine and Cannabis Sativa, hundreds of pharmaceutical bags for their packaging, 5 electronic scales, 2 mobile phones, 1 cold weapon (metal baton), 1 motor vehicle used for this criminal activity and a sum of money suspected to have been obtained from it were seized.
"Work continues to capture the wanted citizen and to fully document this criminal activity. The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further investigative actions ," the police announced.
