Four people were arrested in Shkodër, as part of the anti-drug police operation codenamed "Environments".
In the place called "Bridge of the Whites", the police arrested the four citizens, who are residents of Shkodër, with cannabis in their vehicle.
Citizens Pajtim Lame, 41 years old, have fallen into handcuffs; Bajram Bajrami 23 years old; Dod Kunoraj 40 years old; and Ndue Lala 43 years old.
From the investigations, it is suspected that these 4 citizens, in the form of an organized group, were involved in the criminal activities of cultivation, production and sale of cannabis. Also, it is suspected that the organizer of the group, a 43-year-old man, launders the money and products benefited from these criminal activities.
" The Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Shkodër, in cooperation with the Special Force "Shqiponja", on the basis of information provided by police intelligence, have organized and finalized the anti-drug police operation coded "Circles". Within this operation, they were caught in flagrante delicto, in the place called "Ura e Bardhajve", with Cannabis Sativa narcotics, with him and in the vehicle, citizens NL, 43 years old, PL, 41 years old, BB, 23 years old and DK, 40 years old, all four residents of Shkodër.
From the investigations, it is suspected that these 4 citizens, in the form of the group organized by the 43-year-old, were involved in the criminal activities of cultivation, production and sale of Cannabis. Also, it is suspected that the NL citizen launders the money/proceeds of these criminal activities.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Shkodër, for further actions ," the police announced.
