The capture and killing of Nuredin Duman, during the July-November 2020 period, had become one of the main priorities of the Dubai group, which is led by the brothers Hajdar and Franc Çopja.

Initially, his name appears in the records of Italian court convictions, since in March 2011, he was sentenced by the Brescia court to 12 years of imprisonment for the charge of Exploitation of prostitution and "Criminal cooperation".
The fact consisted of using a foreign citizen as a prostitute during the period November-December 1999 to February 2000.
But this sentence was increased by another two years by the Court of Appeal of Brescia, sentencing Lamçja to 14 years in prison.
Arben Lamçja was extradited to Italy to serve his sentence, but due to an amnesty, he only served 3 years of imprisonment.
On November 8, 2011, the Anti-Organized Crime and Traffic Sector in the Elbasan Police Directorate arrested Arben Lamçja, based on the arrest warrant no. 6559/00 R GIP, dated March 26, 2011, issued by the Court of Brescia, Italy.
The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes has registered the property proceedings of 2011 against the citizen Arben Lamcja, investigating his assets and those of his relatives, for the period 2000-2011 and following.
But this subsequent case did not succeed as it fell by the wayside and all the seized properties were returned.
Analyzing the communications in the "Sky" application, it turned out that Arben Lamçja had constant contact with one of the Çopja brothers, Franc Çopja.
The latter instructs Lamçja to find people so that in exchange for payment they kill Nuredin Dumani, after he had caused him many problems.
According to Franc, all of them, Nuredin Dumani and Dashnor Dumani, have been by his side but things broke down and went off the rails, for one thing in vain, for the work of a car that the short one took.
But Franci tells Ben that Nuredin Dumani has already joined the side of his opponent and the person who has the problem in Albania, Erjon Alibej (Krymi).

Franci i thotë Arbenit që të takojë Asllanin me qëllim marjen e informacionit apo ndonjë indicie se ku mund të ndodhet, Nuredin Dumani. Madje ai i ka kërkuar Benit që ti ofrojë 1 milion euro Asllanit për ta vrarë, vetëm të iki Nuredini nga qarkullimi.
Ndërkohë në 7 Tetor 2020 Arbeni e informon Francin se është takuar me Asllanin dhe se ai është gati të bashkëpunoj me to. ”...sa u ndava nga Asllani, për të mirë është muhabeti. Gati e kena Asllanin, të s’qaroj mas dite...”- i thotë Beni, Francit.
Por organizata nuk ka varur shpresat vetëm tek goditja e Nuredin Dumanit përmes Asllanit.
Kjo pasi një plan i dytë vihet në zbatim, ku dyshohet se një skuadër policie vihet në veprim, e cila është në gjëndje të gjurmojë edhe përmes përgjimeve që kryejnë vetë.
Në 29 tetor 2020, Arben Lamçja i tregon Franc Çopja se atë ditë është takuar me një person, me të cilin ka biseduar në lidhje me një çështje për të cilën Arben Lamçja dhe Franci, janë takuar dhe biseduar në Dubai, në tetor 2020.
Sipas Arben Lamçja, personi me të cilin ka biseduar e ka marrë përsipër të bëj punën por fillimisht i duhet të gjej makinën që ai lëviz, një numër telefoni ose vendodhjen e tij.
Arben Lamçja, i tregon Francit se personi është komandant grupi dhe se i do me 1000 për qind të sakta të dhënat e personit.
Franc Çopja, i tregon Arben Lamçja se është një person që takon atë (Nuredin Dumanin) dhe merret me automjete (Auto Borova) dhe më pas i ka dërguar dhe foton e shtetasit, Vilson Balla.
Sipas Arben Lamçja personi që ka takuar i ka sugjeruar që informacioni që do i japin të jetë i saktë pasi ai do vej njerëz në lëvizje që të bëjnë ndjekjen e personave pasi duhen ruajtur. Arben Lamçja e pyet Francin se sa lekë do ti premtojnë këtij personi lidhur me këtë punë.
Dy ditë më pas në 1 nëntor 2020, Arben Lamçja i tregon Francit se është takuar me personin që ka marrë përsipër ekzekutimin e Nuredin Dumanit.
Sipas Arben Lamçja, personit që ai ka kontaktuar i ka ofruar 250.000 Euro për kapjen e Nuredin Dumanit dhe 500.000 Euro për ekzekutimin e Nuredin Dumanit.
Arben Lamçja, i thotë Francit se personi që ka marrë përsipër ekzekutimin e Nuredin Dumanit i është shprehur se ato kanë përgjimet e veta, duke krijuar dyshime se personi është punonjës i strukturave policore.
Nga bisedat evidentohet se, personi i cili ka takuar Benin javët në vijim para se të bëjnë punën (ekzekutimin) ka kërkuar që ta njoftojnë me qëllim që të lëvizin personin që do ruaj atë.
Franci told Arbeni that Nuredin Dumani met yesterday with Ilirjan Feçi from Kavaja and gave him orders to execute Dine Çami (Abedin Maman).
