The photo that Erion Goxhara recorded with his mobile phone, at the moment he wounded 45-year-old Lorenc Kosta with a firearm in the Paris Municipality area, has been made public, as it is suspected that the latter had an extramarital affair with the officer's wife. .
In the video, Goxhara can be heard accusing Kosta of holding his wife hostage for four years and "eating her money".
"This is what happens to all those who take revenge on people, who came into their families.
You keep my bride hostage for four years, eat the money?
You can't eat the sweat of my family, ok, you can't enter my family", Goxhara can be heard saying.
After filming the video, Goxhara sent it to his brother-in-law.
Two days ago, the officer of the Rinas Police, Erjon Goxhara, appeared in the courtroom remorseful for injuring Lorenc Kostas and insisted that he did not want to kill him. He denied the charge of "premeditated murder", remaining on trial, requesting a mild security measure, but the court accepted the prosecution's request to leave him in the security measure of "arrest in prison".
In addition to this accusation, Goxhara will also be investigated for "arms possession without a permit", until the investigation scientifically proves that the weapon used in the incident was the one he was carrying due to duty.
Before the judge, Goxhara claimed that he committed the crime under conditions of severe mental shock, due to the situation that the ERE engineer, Kosta, had caused in his family.
According to the border police officer, in addition to learning about his wife's intimate relationship, he had contacted Kosta's wife via e-mail, informing her. For this fact, he claimed to have been verbally threatened by Lorenc Kosta, just before he shot him on Monday afternoon at the Paris Municipality.
On the day of the event, Goxhara said that after performing the religious rites in a mosque, he sent the girl to her aunt in the area of the Commune of Paris. In the area, he met Lorenc Kosta, whom he knew. A verbal debate took place between the two, where Goxhara stated that he demanded an account of why he destroyed his family. According to him, Kosta spoke to him in a threatening tone, saying "I will give it with a notarized statement, that I have not done anything" and touching him on the shoulder.
After this moment, Kosta left even though the officer asked for clarification. Goxhara said that after moving the car a few meters, he saw Kosta again in front of a market, where he got down and shot several times in the lower limbs.
