The administrator of the Golaj unit in Kukës, 40-year-old UD, and a Territory Protection inspector identified as BU, 32, were arrested for abuse of office.
It is suspected that those arrested, abusing their duties, have allowed illegal constructions in the territories of Golaj administrative unit and Has municipality.
Meanwhile, the investigation has started for the 38-year-old KL inspector for abuse of duty, as well as for 3 citizens who had built without permission in these areas. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Kuka.
