The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, spoke in an informal meeting about the involvement or collaboration of blue uniforms with crime.
The head of SPAK said in a conversation with journalists that investigations have revealed that the use of "SkyECC" or "EncroChat" applications is widespread in the ranks of the blue uniforms.
But, according to him, the blue uniforms are not the only ones who use these applications, as investigations have also revealed prosecutors who have such accounts.
However, according to Duman, the use of these applications does not constitute a criminal offense, although the investigations have repeatedly revealed that the blue uniforms use these applications to cooperate with crime.
" Holding these applications does not constitute a criminal offense, not every conversation carried out there constitutes a violation, but if there are communications that compromise them, then it is another matter that is verified and measures are taken. But in every investigation, one or more police officers appear, and there have been no shortages in the ranks of the prosecutors, as an example, the case of Xhevahir Lita is now public ", declared Dumani.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Interior announced that the blue uniforms will fill out forms for at least three applications considered as non-eavesdropping and anyone who used them will have to show the motive.
