Prime Minister Edi Rama today presented the "Public Servant of Artificial Intelligence" at the premises of the Prime Minister's Office, for applications in e-Albania.
Rama said that the "public servant" will be available to every citizen, at any hour of the day and night, to receive services in e-Albania and there is no need for any other help for anyone who applies for a service .
The head of the government emphasized that within the year 2024 the Virtual Assistant will appear with voice and image and will be the one who will receive public services for citizens, doing all the actions that are done mechanically today to receive a document from e-Albania .
"The ambition is to extend the public assistant to the co-governance platform. The assistant who today interacts with citizens through written interaction, is preparing to, after a period of getting to know them, also interact with them by voice and image, and even not to be just the assistant who directs them in the application, but to be the one who takes the service for them.
I don't think the day will be far away, when the citizen will ask for the service, all the actions that the citizen does today will be done by the servant himself. The citizen will receive the document without any physical interaction on his part", said Rama.
