The photo of Izmir Sakica, one of the 2 people wanted by the police to be interrogated for the assassination that happened in Shkodër on October 30, has been published.
The investigative group set up for the massacre with 3 killed and 1 wounded on October 30 in Dobraç, Shkodra, is looking for people who are suspected to have been in the role of organizer and executioners.
In addition to Sakica, Samuel Troshani is also wanted, who are also wanted for another incident that happened earlier on August 23, 2024 in Bushat Shkodra, where it is suspected that there was an exchange of fire between them and 2 brothers Andrea and Aleksandër Prendi .
During the exchange of weapons, bullets were fired at an Audi armored vehicle, but no one was injured. Safet Bajri was also taken to the police for this incident, but was later released.
How the assassination happened in Shkodër

Lici died, while Arlind Bushati fought for his life in the hospital for several hours after receiving a bullet in the head. Lici and Bushati were traveling from Shkodra to Koplik in a Benz type car with Croatian license plates, when they were shot.
The victim Hamza Lici is the brother of Ibraim Lici, wanted for murder.
In this massacre, a passer-by who was traveling on a motorcycle with her husband was also killed. Bashkim Basha and Flutura Basha were traveling on a motorcycle when the Benz type vehicle in which Lici and Bushati were traveling lost control and crashed.
Flutura Basha died due to serious injuries, while Bashkim Basha is still in serious condition.
A third person is suspected to have been inside the Mercedes car together with the two victims Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati.
According to investigative sources, this suspicion was raised because 3 pistols were found inside the victim's car. It is thought that there were 3 people inside the vehicle.
And this third person may have left immediately after the assassination.
It is not known whether he was injured or not, however, the investigative team took blood samples inside the vehicle and it will be confirmed if they belong to a third person or just the two victims Lici and Bushati, respectively 23 and 32 years old.
Also, gun cartridges were found inside the victim's car, which means that they responded with weapons to the assassins.
As a result of the gun attack, the Benz car in which the victims were traveling collided with a motorcycle that was moving in the area, and unfortunately Flutura Basha lost her life and her husband Bashkim Basha was seriously injured, who have nothing to do with the assassination.
As for the assassins, the investigators suspect that they are contract killers from Montenegro. They burned the car used in the assassination, a Range Rover type, inside which 2 Kalashnikovs were found.
Regarding the investigative leads, the motive has not yet been determined. But many people were accompanied, including Safet Bajri. All were released after questioning.
What is known is that the Lici family has been in open conflict with the Bajri family. But other tracks are not excluded either.
On the other hand, a few weeks ago, Arlind Bushati, who is the son of Xhemal Bushati, the former candidate for the Municipality of Shkodra, was openly threatened in the city's pedestrian area by two people on a motorcycle, for whom he filed a complaint and said that they took him out the pistol. But the gun did not fire.
Arlind Bushati, 32 years old, was the father of two minor children.
