A 29-year-old man has been arrested by police in Laç, after being accused of possessing a weapon without a permit.
According to the police, the young man with the initials SK was caught red-handed while during police checks aimed at preventing criminal incidents, 1 automatic firearm with magazine and cartridges and 1 pair of gloves were found and seized in his apartment.
The 29-year-old with the initials SK is accused of the criminal offenses of "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", while the illegal items were seized as material evidence.
"Kurbin/The police operation codenamed "Focus" is finalized. Another case of illegal possession of a firearm is investigated. 1 automatic firearm with magazine and cartridges is seized. The citizen who was carrying the weapon without a permit is arrested in Laç.
As a result of well-organized informational and operational work, intensified during the end-of-year holidays, with the objectives of preventing criminal events, as well as guaranteeing order and peace, the services of the Kurbin Police Commissariat finalized the "Focus" operation.
During the operation, based on information obtained in the operational route, the apartment of citizen SK, 29 years old, in neighborhood no. 4, Laç, was immediately raided, where the search found 1 automatic firearm with magazine and cartridges, which was possessed without a permit, as well as a pair of gloves.
Following the procedural actions on the case, the 29-year-old was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", while the illegal items were seized as material evidence. The procedural materials were referred to the Lezha Prosecutor's Office for further actions", the police announced.

Populli dull (gomar) akoma nuk kupton qe ne 1997en Shqiptaret humben lirine, kombin, shtetin kur nuk ju hoqen vetem gjilperat e pushkeve por i ju shiten me tanke, topa, raketa e tere armatimi per "scrap" e mbeten me gisht ne goje. Sot jemi ne meshire te Amelikes e Eulopes ne se na sulmojne rreth e qarket tane "miq". Hapi syte o popull se te jane verbuar nga politika qelbesire e "shtetit" e "mediave" te shitur per ca qindarka.
