The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has requested the security measure of "prison arrest" for 35-year-old Jetnor Zhaboli, until the medical-legal expertise comes out to determine his mental state.
He was arrested after keeping his mother, wife and children locked in the apartment.
The session for the security measure will be held on Monday at 09:30 at the Court of Tirana.
Jetnor Zhaboli forbade communication with other people, his wife, children and mother, and used physical and psychological violence, continuously. He had installed cameras all over the house and was watching them all the time.
