Three Albanians had created their gang of extortionists inside a prison in Crete, with information that their activity had been going on for about 2 months.
This information was discovered by the sentencing bodies and the authorities, and an investigation was immediately ordered in the prison, which was carried out yesterday in the presence of the Prosecutor.
In the framework of the preliminary investigations and upon the completion of the investigations, it was established that the three Albanians forced the other prisoners to tolerate their actions, while providing them with goods and money.
In fact, as it emerged from preliminary investigations, they demanded sums of money of up to 1000 euros from three fellow prisoners, blackmailing them or their families.
