With over 3 kg of cocaine in the car, the 22-year-old Albanian was arrested in Italy

A 22-year-old Albanian was arrested by the Italian police for drug trafficking.

Italian media reports that the young man was found with more than three kilograms of cocaine hidden in the back of the passenger seat in the car.

His arrest was made possible on Sunday during a routine check by the Italian police.

Officers ordered the driver to stop but he attempted to flee. After he was stopped by the police, a check was carried out inside the car, where three packages of cocaine were found, with more than 1 kilogram each.

The authorities also seized the drugs and cash that were found on the young man at the time of the arrest.
