According to the investigation, it turned out that after the incident, the author filmed the injured with his mobile phone and sent the video to his brother-in-law.
Likewise, immediately after the incident, the policeman called his son, asking him to wait for him in the Shkoza district, where after taking a taxi, they moved towards the Fresk area.
On the way to the taxi, Goxhara talked on the phone with police officers, refusing to surrender, even saying that he would rather kill himself than rot in prison.
In the "Fresk" area, he was spotted by some civil police officers who chased him running, but the border policeman managed to leave.
Also, according to the investigations, it turns out that the policeman Erjon Goxhara called the engineer Lorenc Kosta in July, threatening him with his life for reasons of jealousy.
The serious incident is suspected to have come after a conflict for weak motives that the border police officer, Erjon Goxhara, had with the injured, since the officer's wife had an extramarital affair with him.
The officer in the Local Directorate for Border and Migration in Tirana is accused of committing the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder" and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
