In the framework of the coded police operation "Fundviti", a possible criminal event was prevented in the village of Shtanë i Kukës.
The police announce that they have arrested 3 family members who threatened with a weapon and injured the neighbor in his apartment for weak motives. Specifically, the 48-year-old man with the initials D.(B.V.), his brother, the 44-year-old man with the initials SV, and the 48-year-old's son, the 20-year-old man with the initials JV, all three residents of the village of Shtane, were arrested.
They went to the 53-year-old's apartment where they threatened him with a gun and hit him with fists after a conflict for weak motives.
As material evidence, a semi-automatic weapon, 1 vehicle and the mobile phones of the 3 arrested persons were seized. Investigations continue to individualize and legally document the criminal responsibility of each of the arrested.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Kukës, for further actions.
