An accident resulting in death occurred in Lushnje. The police inform that a 37-year-old man who was driving his motorcycle hit a pedestrian, and unfortunately the latter died.
While the driver of the motorcycle is in the trauma hospital in Tirana under the care of doctors.
The specialists of the Road Traffic Sector of DVP Fier referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office after today, at the place called "Rotondo e Plugut", Lushnjë, a citizen of LD, 37 years old, a resident of Lushnjë, while driving a motorcycle, lost control over the direction of the motorcycle and hit a pedestrian, citizen GD, 49 years old, who died. Citizen LD is in Tirana Trauma Hospital, under the care of doctors. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further procedural actions" , says the police in its official announcement.
