A 27-year-old man was handcuffed by the Fier police. The Blues announce that the young man was wanted internationally for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".
His extradition to Kosovo is being worked on.
" As part of the operation, EM citizen, 27 years old, resident of the village of Gadurovë, Mallakastër, was put in handcuffs for the purpose of extradition to Kosovo.
This citizen was caught in the village of Fratar, after an operative work by the Police services, based on the information provided by the police intelligence. The 27-year-old was declared an international wanted man after the Basic Court of Peja, on 30.10.2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".
Interpol Tirana is cooperating with the Kosovar authorities, for the extradition of the 27-year-old. "- announced the police.
