Among the 43 arrest warrants signed by GJKKO at the request of SPAK is the name of Naim Stafuka, the brother of Enver Stafuka, who was kidnapped and disappeared in February 2015 in Fushë-Kruje. It is learned that he is under arrest.
In January 2022, his apartment in Fushë Krujë was vandalized. The explosive was placed at the door of the stairs of a three-story building where there are several businesses, but Naim Stafuka lives with his family on the 3rd floor. The explosion happened in the exact place where brother Enveri was kidnapped by masked persons years ago.
From the early hours of the morning of May 17, 2024, SPAK has undertaken a mega-operation for the execution of these arrest warrants in several cities of the country, such as Shkodër, Lezhë, Durrës, Krujë, Vlorë and Tirana, while it is expected to issue an official statement at the end of the operation. Investigations have started after the breakdown of the Sky ECC application that has revealed several criminal events, serious murders, assassinations since 2018.
