As part of the operation being carried out by SPAK to attack criminal groups, in cooperation with Interpol, Arian Tuku has been arrested in Italy.
SPAK's investigations show that Arian Tuku, 36 years old from Lezha, tried to kill Aleks Ndreka. The 36-year-old also provided the conditions to commit the murder of Durim Bami.
Yes, according to SPAK, in 2020 he trafficked in Montenegro 168 kg of sativa cannabis, which were seized by the Montenegrin authorities.
" From the investigations carried out by the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, it appears that the citizen Arian TUKU, the son of Zef and Veranika, born on 02.02.1988 in Lezhë, on 01.12.2020 attempted to kill the citizen Aleks NDREKA. Also this citizen provided the conditions and material means to commit the murder of citizen Durim BAMI. On 03.11.2020, he trafficked 168 kg of cannabis sativa which were seized by the Montenegrin authorities. The above acts were committed by him in one special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group ", announces SPAK.
Arian Tuku is the son-in-law of Arben Ndoka, the former deputy of the SP, who is also wanted because SPAK has issued an arrest warrant against him.
