The names of the 3 State Police officers that SPAK has issued arrest warrants as part of today's operation are revealed.
It is about Ergert Mitri, who previously held a position as head of the Lezhë Police, Klodian Jasharin, Head of the Vlora Investigation Sector and Altin Morinen, a former RENEA officer.
The latter is a well-known name to the public, as he was stopped a few months ago by the police, after 113,000 euros were found in his luxury vehicle. The 50, 200 and 500 euro denominations were wrapped in market bags. In front of the blue uniforms, Morina stated that he did not commit any criminal offense as according to him the money is legal and was withdrawn to the bank.
He stated that he had just received the money from a businessman friend of his in the area of Kodra i Diellil when the police intervened, which had been monitoring him following alerts received on the operative route.
Today, the Police, FNSH and RENEA have launched an action in several cities of the country in the early hours of the morning with the aim of catching the heads of crime in the country.
The purpose of the action is to unravel old criminal events that have shocked the entire public opinion in recent years, where the protagonists are the Duka clan, Avdylajt and Endrit Dokle, who are suspected as organizers and as persons who know about the fate of the gambling businessman.
