The Tirana court has ordered Edmond Arapi to be detained in prison, the person who ordered the explosion with tritol near a fashion factory in the area of Fresko in Tirana.
As for the 16-year-old, Arnold Vatocin, who placed the amount of tritol near the gate of the fashion house owned by the Italian citizen, a measure of 'house arrest' has been imposed.
Meanwhile, 46-year-old Edmond Arapi has denied the accusations and involvement in the event.
" I have never known or met the Italian businessman. I have no conflict with him. I have been working for some time in a quarry in Himare. I stay part of the time there to provide income for the family. I don't even know the guy (Arnold Vatocin) nor have I ever met him. I am not involved in this event ", said Edmond Arapi.
The minor has refused to speak and give evidence, leaving his defense to his lawyer. Sources confirm that the 16-year-old was previously involved in actions in conflict with the law and was prosecuted. Meanwhile, he stated in the police that Arabi told him to put tritol in the fason business.
