The Police Services intervened professionally by neutralizing and arresting the 53-year-old man in the act, who was driving a motorcycle without license plates, armed with a pistol with cartridges and a knife, looking for his cousin, 50-year-old MF, with the intention to kill him.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Lezhë, for the criminal offenses "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons" ” and “Kanosja”, the police announced.
