An accident resulting in death occurred on the secondary road of Kastriot village in Dibër.
The 29-year-old with the initials DN lost control of the vehicle and crashed the pedestrian with the initials D.Gj, where he died in the hospital as a result.
Meanwhile, the driver was immediately arrested by the police.
"On the secondary road of the village of Kastriot, citizen DN, 29 years old, driving a 'Ford' type vehicle, lost control over driving the vehicle and had an accident with pedestrian citizen D.Gj. where as a result he died in the hospital.
The driver of the vehicle has been escorted to the Police Station, while the investigative team is working to clarify the causes of the accident," the police announced.
