The Court of Appeal in Tirana has upheld the decision of the First Instance, which sentenced Hot Doç to 22 years in prison for a gunfight that occurred on March 20, 2021 in the village of Bardhaj in Shkodra.
In the court's decision, it is said that Hot Doçi is charged with the criminal offenses of "Murder in other qualifying circumstances" remaining pending, provided for by 79/dh-22 of the Penal Code" and possession of weapons without a permit.
While his brother, Marian Doçi, was declared innocent.
The event took place in March 2021, where during an exchange of fire between the 2 brothers Marian and Hot Doçi and Besmir Përkolė, a citizen of MI, the 2 brothers were injured by the event, while after the investigations of the prosecution, it turned out that the latter 2 had planned the assassination of Besmir Perkola with whom they had a momentary conflict.
