The police of Kavaja have arrested one of the three persons wanted for the wounding of the 43-year-old in Luz e Vogël the day before.
It is known that the police have handcuffed the cousin of the two brothers from this village, while the 26-year-old has testified where the crime weapon was thrown. The young man is accused of the criminal offenses "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized production and possession of combat weapons and ammunition".

"One of the perpetrators who allegedly injured a 43-year-old man, during the conflict that happened yesterday afternoon, in the village of Luz i Pallola, was caught and put in handcuffs.
The work continues for the capture of the other 2 perpetrators of the injury. The firearm suspected to be used during the conflict and the amount of ammunition were seized.
As a result of the checks carried out to catch the perpetrators of the gunshot wound, which happened yesterday afternoon, in the village of Luz, the services of the Kavajë Police Station have caught and handcuffed one of them, the citizen:
ED, 26 years old, resident of Kavaja, for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate serious injury" and "Unauthorized production and possession of combat weapons and ammunition".
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the 26-year-old, in cooperation with the citizens VT and FD alias BT, during a conflict for weak motives, wounded the citizen ED, 43 years old, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
