A serious accident resulting in death occurred yesterday afternoon in Elbasan.
It is learned that the 41-year-old driver hit the elderly man with the initials HM, who was crossing the road, to death. The incident took place on "Qemal Stafa" street, while as a result of the accident, the 94-year-old man died in the hospital.
The police have handcuffed the driver.
