New details have been revealed about the perpetrator of the double wounding that took place in the village of Vrakë in Malësi e Madhe.

According to new information, the suspected author of this incident, Lul Rakaj, who is wanted by the police, is known for another serious case in the past.

Rakaj is known for a similar event that happened nearly 13 years ago in Hot of Malësi e Madhe, where he killed Kolë Mushkun.

This act of revenge was a consequence of Rakaj's father being killed by Mushku earlier.
