The plan for the murder of Dorian Duli, Blerti Cafi, Gaëzim Cafi and Genci Tafilaj, after the burial ceremony of Indri Rraja in Fushë-Kruje, is also consistent with the statement given by SPAK, one of the targets of this assassination, Genci Tafilaj.
Now the investigative file considered as "Metamorphosis", where individuals from the world of crime, businessmen, police officers and the Director of the Kukes prosecutor's office, Xhevahir Lita, have been taken as defendants and sent to court for various charges.
In order to prove a series of murders and ensure the conditions to carry out executions, SPAK was not satisfied only with the communications in the "Sky esc" application, but the investigations were also extended to various witnesses.
Genci Tafilaj, one of the targets of the group directed by Behar Bajri, has been interrogated for a long time, affirming in SPAK that he was present at the funeral of Indri Rraja, together with Dorian Dulin, Blerti Cafi and Gëzim Cafi.
Behar Bajri had contracted Aleks Ndreka and Prek Kodra to gather information about the location of Dorian Duli or Genc Tafilaj. Every data collected, Ndreka and Kodra took to Behar Bajri through "Sky", while the latter mobilized the killers' cell, which he kept ready along with the weapons and the car.
In order to clarify the circumstances of this event, on April 9, 2024, SPAK asked Genc Tafilaj, who was sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of the former director of the Shkodër Police, Arben Zylyftaraj.
"Ora News" reveals exclusively the testimony of Tafilaj, who has shown that: "...at the funeral of Indri Rraja, there was also Aleks Ndreka who approached and met me together with Dorian Dulin...".
Genci Tafilaj explains that he went to the meeting in another car and that he left the funeral in another car.
Among other things, he declares that: "...I want to say that I participated in the funeral of the late citizen Indri Rraja on this date and that I went to this funeral ceremony together with citizens Dorian Duli, Bardhok Plani, Blert Cafi, Gezim Cafi and several other nephews and cousins who were with us.
To go to this funeral ceremony, I left Tirana together with my current wife in my white CLE car.
While Dorian Duli, Blert Cafi, Gëzim Cafi and other persons of our relations have traveled from Shkodra towards Fushë-Kruja, but I do not remember what vehicles they were in.
When I approached the area where the burial was to take place, Dorian asked me to leave my car a little far away and sent a friend of ours to pick me up, and I did this in order not to expose my car.
During the funeral ceremony, I stayed close to Dorian Dulin, Blerti Cafi, Gezim Cafi, Bardhok Plani and our connections.
While I noticed that many people we knew participated in this funeral ceremony, but among them I remember that there was also Alex Ndreka, who approached and shook hands with me and the people who were with me.... After it's over funeral, we also attended the lunch, but I don't remember if Alex Ndreka was at the lunch.
After lunch, I told my wife to run away to Tirana, while I got into Bardhok's or Blerti's car and we ran to Shkodër.
In the direction of Shkodra, we traveled about 10 cars all together and I'm not sure, but I remember that we went to the Blert Cafe bar, stayed there for a while and went home....".
According to the investigation file provided by "Ora News" Behar Brajoviq alias Bajri, Pëllumb Gjoka informed about the plan of the armed attack in connection with the murder of Dorian Duli and Ibrahim Lici, at the funeral ceremony of Indri Rraja.
On August 22, 2020, Aleks Ndreka attends the funeral and sends information to Prekë Kodra regarding the fact that Dorian Duli was at the funeral together with Ibrahim Lici and Genc Tafilaj.
Aleks Ndreka also provided information about the clothes that Dorian Duli had, but he did not manage to fix the vehicle that Dorian was using.
Behar Bajri prepared to commit the murder at the moment when Dorian Duli and Ibrahim Lici were leaving the funeral ceremony, but because he was not sure about the vehicle in which Dorian and Ibrahim were traveling, he did not commit the murder .
He stated that they were all ready to carry out the murder but he was not sure about the vehicle and therefore canceled the murder in order not to kill other people.
In the investigative file it is stated that: "...in continuation of the communications dated August 22, 2020, Aleks Ndreka and Prekë Kodra, state that they (Objectives) will also participate in the 7th of the funeral ceremony and there may be another good case for the realism of the murder...".
Alex Ndreka, or as he is called "Leksi i druve", tells Preke Kodra that Dorian Duli has asked him to find a motor for a speedboat and that Alex will provide it and assemble it for him.
Preke Kodra suggests that we put a GPS on the motorcycle, but Aleks Ndreka tells him that it is easier to approach them if they are dressed in border police uniforms and commit the murder.
According to SPAK, this moment is also proven by Genci Tafilaj's statement given on April 9, where, when asked if he knows the citizen Aleks Ndreka, among other things, he stated that:
"...I want to say that during the period when I was in contact with Aleks Ndreka, I was aware that he was involved in the trade of speedboat engines, generators, etc.
For this reason, I have asked him to provide me with a motor for a speedboat in order to tour the lake of Shkodra. Alexi has shown himself ready to find me, I even remember that he told me, come on, you're ready. But during this period I was abroad and Aleksi kept in touch with my friend, Dorian Dulin...".
The file also states that on February 14, 2021, a communication between Bardhyl Mavraj and Nuredin Duman took place on "Sky", where it is evident that Bardhyl Mavraj asked Nuredin Duman to kill a person referred to by the name "Dori", in return of payment.
Nuredin Dumani, in relation to this request, communicates with another person, unidentified by the investigation, to set the price, telling the person that the payment will be for only one person, but two people will be killed, one of whom is summoned.
