The testimony of the repentant justice, Henrik Hoxhaj, continues at the GJKKO, within the framework of the trial for the "Golden Bullet" file.
Hoxhaj revealed other details from the assassination attempt on businessman Lulzim Masha through his testimony, where he indicated that the murder was committed by Skerdi Tase.
Hoxha states that they have been monitoring the businessman for about a year, while to locate his son, they hired "Sakat", who would provide them with information if he would enter Albania, since he was in Macedonia.
Henrik Hoxhaj said that their target was the businessman's son and to ambush him, they planned to first kill his father so that he would then come to the funeral and execute him there.
"Lulzim's surveillance lasted almost a year, because we completely neglected him. We couldn't find the boy. That's why Sakati was hired, who would give us information if he entered Albania. Nuredin said that Masha's son was deceiving people in Macedonia.
We waited for him, but he didn't come. Then we took measures to kill his father, so that the son would come to the funeral and kill him. Together with Skerdi, we followed Masha several times on a motorcycle. We followed her on the road she was on," he testifies.
Hoxhaj says that for the assassination they used a "Golf 4" that Nuredin Dumani had provided them with and that the shooter in the murder of the businessman was Skerdi Tase.
"For the event we used a tired "Golf 4". Nuredini found it for us. This is because we could stand out on a motorbike. For the event I used a manager I had at the bar in Tirana. I told him to let me know when you see this person, because he owes me money.
He informed us. I went there with Skerdi Tas. I left Skerdi and I myself settled somewhere where there were no cameras. Then I moved. I didn't hear the shot, because the gun was silenced," said Hoxhaj.
