The Special Court has accepted summary judgment for 3 of the repentant names of the "Golden Bullet" operation.
The 20 defendants, including Nuredin Dumani, appeared before the court today, as the judicial body accepted the shortened trial only for Elvis Koçi, Ilirain Feçi and Agim Gjini. For the remaining 17, the hearing was postponed to October 17.
Among the 3 names known above is Agim Gjini. According to the evidence, he is the accomplice of Nuredin Duman and Talo Çela for armed robberies in Shijak.
Dumani said that in one of the episodes, Dorjan Shkoza had given them information that a person, identified as Astrit Ademi, was carrying a lot of money in a gray bag. Dumani said that together with Talo Çela, Agim Gjini and another person broke the car window, took around 20,000 euros and left.
The police at the time also confirmed the theft of large sums.

Armed robbery in 2013
"The next robbery was in Shijak, and citizen Dorjan Shkoza had the information about the person. The event happened in 2013. The person who had the service was from Shijak and had a gray Benz C Class, year 2005, and was paying lek on usury. Dori had the information that the person was carrying money in a gray bag/suitcase. From the inspection of the scene, it was found inside this point, the Mercedes Benz vehicle owned by the citizen Astrit Ademi, a resident of Shijak Durrës.
From the inspection of this vehicle, it was found that the rear window on the right side was broken. From the inspection of this vehicle, 9 papillary traces named with the relevant letters were found and taken as material evidence, as well as items for laboratory examinations were taken. A decision has been drawn up for conducting an evaluative dactyloscopic examination and a statement has been taken from the injured person and other citizens.
