Six agents of the Tirana Police are the people infiltrated within a network of narcotics trading in Tirana, as far as Rradhime, who have presented themselves as drug users, managing to buy small doses from sellers operating in several areas of the capital and south coast.
The agents bought drugs introducing themselves with code names such as "Tomi", "Diku", "Fire", "Zeni", "Visi" and "Bobi", and then delivered these portions of narcotics to the Police Directorate of Tirana .
Everything has been authorized by a court decision. Drugs of the hashish and cocaine type were further examined in the Scientific police laboratory, where it was certified to be narcotics.
One case was enough to prove that the person who had sold this portion of drugs was put under full surveillance, continuously buying drugs with the aim of learning the names of other people who carried out this illegal trade.
In many cases police agents have used standard search conversation to buy the drug, stating that: “…so, for any nog, do you have…?, implying that they were looking for stuff to snort.
Through this tactic, the police and the prosecutor's office of Tirana managed to document dozens of cases of drug sales and distribution in Tirana up to Rradhime.
Therefore, through an execution order issued by the prosecutor of the case, Ridvan Suka, the Tirana police decided to arrest 27 people, 9 of whom were in prison after they had been detained before during another action carried out by the police against the sale of items narcotics.
While 4 others have been declared wanted, since it was not possible to arrest them by the Tirana police.
During the action held on September 14, Vilson Tresa, Asllan Maqellara, Bajram Quka, Kostandinos Deliu, Albert Gjonpalaj, Erdit Ponari, Armand Hadërlli, Blerim Biba, Ilir Tufa, Hakilian Cicollari, Kevin Kolgegaj, Orges Veliaj, Marios Saliaj, Damjan were arrested. Hasani, Erblin Buci and Ervin Duro.
