A young man from Elbasan was prosecuted in a free state, as he was illegally carrying the coat of arms of the Parliament of Albania, with which he introduced himself, in his car.
The police say that it is about the 23-year-old man with the initials FS, whom the blue uniforms have punished with a fine of 75,000 lek for several violations of traffic rules.
" The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the FS citizen, 23 years old, resident in Elbasan, as he was illegally carrying a document (the coat of arms of the Assembly of the Republic of Albania) in his vehicle.
Also, the Road Traffic services have punished the driver of the vehicle, FS citizen, with an administrative measure of ALL 75,000, for some violations of the road traffic rules, based on Article 139/3; 184/2 and 72/12 of the Highway Code" , the police announcement states.
