Ramazan Rraja, the grandson of the socialist deputy Rrahman Rraja, appealed to the Supreme Court, contesting the prison sentence decision.
Rraja was wanted for a long time, accused by SPAK of the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja, in the place known as the Shkozeti overpass.
Ramazan Rraja was arrested on April 19, as he was armed with a pistol in his belt and a cartridge in the slot, ready to shoot. At the time of his arrest, the 30-year-old was accompanied by another wanted person, who was also handcuffed.
Rraja was wanted for the assassination of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and Rrumi i Shijaku, he was arrested in a bar in the area of Fushë-Kruja. He tried to bribe the officers who stopped him, saying: "I'll give you as much money as you want, just let me go."
Ramazan Rraja, according to the police, since the moment he was declared wanted, he has not left Dubai at any time, but was hiding in the "Durrës-Lezhë-Tirana" triangle.
