The trial against 8 defendants in the "Revanshi" case has begun at the GJKKO, which includes well-known names in the criminal world, suspected of serious criminal offenses. One of the factions of the case includes the defendants Aldo Avdyli, Henerigert Mitri, Marklen Haka, Altin Morina, Edson Jozwik, Jozi Kraja, Durim Bami and Oltion Zefi.
What drew attention from this first session was the fact that, with the exception of Jozi Kraja, who is requesting a summary trial, all other defendants have chosen not to be present in the courtroom, but to be represented by lawyers.
Two of the lawyers representing the defendants in the GJKKO were not present in the courtroom, which seems to have forced SPAK to request a postponement of the hearing.
Gjergj Mihasi, the father of Erigers Mihasi, was summoned as the victim of the criminal offense, and he requested not to participate in the hearings due to his health condition, stating that he trusts the court's decision.
SPAK also requested the suspension of detention periods, emphasizing that the legal avenues for notifying the parties have been exhausted and that all parties should be considered notified.
The next session will be held on May 6th.
