Shkruar nga PamfletiArtan alias Marius Tafani, is a former soldier of Laert Haxhiu, a sworn opponent of Aldo Bare and members of his notorious gang. Tafani agreed to cooperate with SPAK, after his arrest in September 2023, following the armed robbery of a currency exchange point in the Astir area.
Laert Haxhiu, known as the strongman of Lushnja, has refused to face Artan Tafani, the soldier of his gang, who became a collaborator of justice in the GJKKO.
Haxhiu refused to appear at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in the session where prosecutor Behar Dibra called Tafan as a witness, who explained to the court his acquaintance with the strongman of Lushnja and some of the criminal episodes he committed on Haxhiu's orders.
The court hearing against Laert Haxhiu at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC) was held in the absence of the defendant, who did not appear to confront his former associate who turned repentant.
During the hearing, Tafani gave detailed testimony about his acquaintance with Haxhiu and the criminal activity, confessing it directly to the jury.
He confessed that in the first meeting, Haxhiu was informed about his criminal past and had directly asked him "what he knew how to do."
"I met Laerti from a guy from Lushnja. We met in Dajt through Lulzim Arapi, he introduced me. Laerti told me 'what can you do', after he had received information that I had committed a robbery by force. The first time he gave me 1 thousand euros. Laerti asked me to place a quantity of TNT in an apartment in Lushnja, owned by Erjon Çoku. For this event, I met Laerti and he told me what I should do. I had the TNT, Sajmir Krasniqi had given it to me. Laerti gave me 100 euros as pocket money. From Korça I went directly to Lushnja and from 2-3 o'clock in the morning I go and put the TNT and go back home," he said.
In his testimony, Tafani also provided possible motives for the conflict, stating that Erjon Çoku was involved in heroin sales and had debts to Haxhiu. He also added that he knew the victim because of his past as a drug user.
"At that time I was talking to Laert and I told him what I had done. Erjon Çoku was a person who sold heroin and I knew that I was a user. He had taken Laert's goods and had not given him the money. Besnik Çoku is Erjon's brother, he lived abroad. It was the first time I had done such a thing," Tafani said.

Tafani pranoi të bashkëpunojë me SPAK, pas arrestimit në shtator të 2023, pas grabitjes me armë të një pike këmbimi valutor në zonën e Astirit.
Ai rrëfeu të paktën 17 episode kriminale të bandës së drejtuar nga Laert Haxhiu, të cilin e thërrisnin me nofkat “Alufi” dhe “Filja”. Haxhiu u ekstradua disa kohë më parë nga Greqia dhe po përballet me drejtësinë, ku rrezikon dënimin me burgim të përjetshëm.

Në rrëfimin e tij, Tafani pranoi se ka qenë përdorues droge dhe se ka pasur probleme me ligjin.
“Kam qenë emigrant në Greqi, jam marrë me drogë. Atje kisha probleme. Kur u ktheva në Shqipëri në 2015, rashë në burg për vjedhje. Dënimin e vuajta në burgun e Rrogozhinës dhe Kosovë të Lushnjes,” tha Tafani.
I penduari i drejtësisë deklaroi se pas vrasjes së babait në fshatin Karbunarë, në 1997, bashkë me nënën u larguan në drejtim të Greqisë, ku fillimisht punoi në biznesin e familjes dhe bënte punë të ndershme, duke lyer e riparuar shtëpi.
“Në vitin 2006 u ktheva në Lushnjë nga Greqia dhe punova me xhaxhain në ndërtim. Lashë drogën. Më pas u ngatërrova sërish dhe rashë në burg në vitin 2015. Vodha një “Western Union. U arrestova dhe u dënova me 6 vite burgim. Gjatë kësaj kohe u njoha me disa çuna nga Lushnja. Erdhi një Lulzim Spahiu, pas ngjarjes ku u plagos Xhulio Shkurti, nipi i Aldo Bares, dhe arma u gjet te stani i babait të Laert Haxhiut, Qamil Haxhiu”, tha Tafani.
I penduari tregoi se pas daljes nga burgu i dërgoi fjalë Klajdi Taullau dhe më tha se donte ta takonte Lulzimi, pasi donte të bënte ndonjë punë me mall.
“U takuam te Palma Nova me Laert Haxhiun, ishte hera e parë që e takoja. Anterio Kaloshin e kam pasur në burg në Rrogozhinë. Për Laertin kisha dëgjuar vetëm në lajme. Shkuam me të në Dajt, u ulëm në një restorant. Laerti më mori jashtë dhe më tha: hajde flasim pak jashtë. Atë natë qëndruam në Dajt. Morëm një suitë. Unë u tremba pak. Laerti më tha: do bëjmë ndonjë punë, do të ndihmoj unë me ndonjë mall. Mesa duket e dinte që isha keq me lekët.
The next day, Laerti and Ligori left for Korça. I met up with Klajdi and Lulzim and we left for Lushnja. On the way, they gave me 500 euros, and another 500 after 2-3 days. At another meeting, they told me to plant a TNT bomb in Lushnja, because they had given goods to one person and he had not given them the money. They wanted to do it as a form of pressure. I agreed. From the first day I met them, there was a kind of pressure on me, I don't know how to explain it. On the way, when we got off, Laerti gave me 100 euros for fuel expenses. I had left the car at the entrance to Elbasan and we left for Lushnja to plant the TNT. I planted 100 grams of TNT on the door of the apartment on the first floor of a building. I lit the fuse and left. I was on foot and crossed the train tracks. I had made the plan with Laerti. "It seemed to me like this was proof that they were looking to see if I was working or not," the repentant man said.
