The RN citizen guaranteed obtaining a 10-year American tourist visa with his intervention at the Embassy against the amount of 10,000 euros.
Also, the investigations proved that the RN citizen falsified the data of the electronic forms in the US visa application to the applicant persons with false data, so that the visa applicant had a qualifying profile. He did this in cooperation with the visa applicant, as are the applications with the citizens of KP, KK, KL, Xh.S., and E. Gj., who have found that in cooperation with the RN citizen, they falsified the electronic forms for American visa by filling it with fake data.
The RN citizen appeared on the day when the applicants had their interview at the consulate, at the American Embassy to obtain the visa. He accompanied them and instructed them on how to behave during the interview. After they finished the interview, in case they qualified (received the visa), the RN citizen received the sum of 10,000 Euros.
