Since the last assassination attempt on him in June 2022, it is said that Marklen Haka has not been alive outside the walls of his fortress, in the village of Nikël of Fushë-Kruje, known as the VIP of crime. He is thought to live an almost hermit's life, lonely inside his villa, where word of mouth says he lives with his elderly father, in a rough and bloody history involving the extended Haka family.
The story of revenge does not seem to have left Markle Hakan untouched either. His name first began to appear in 2011, when he was accused of murdering businessman Nadien Zeneli in the center of the capital, in the area of the former Block.
The event took place on the evening of June 13 this year in one of the most frequented bars in the area, where citizens Taf Mandri and Bledar Miha were seriously injured. Marklen Haka was accused of the incident but never convicted, although two serious charges were brought against him, which were later dropped. At that time, according to the prosecution, he committed the crime as a form of revenge against the 32-year-old businessman from Bulqiza, for the murder of his brother, Roland Haka.
According to the prosecution, the Haka family suspected that the killer of their son in 2004 was Nadien Zeneli.
Prosecutor's Office of Tirana/ 2011: The murder of the citizen Nadien Zeneli is suspected to have been done for blood feud motives, as the victim was suspected by the family of the citizen Marklen Haka as the author of the murder of the citizen Roland Lutfi Haka, this event happened in 2004 in Krujë.
But, as it became known, Marklen Haka managed to refute the claims of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana and managed not to serve a single day of punishment for this incident. One of the witness girls present at that moment at the crime scene identified him as the killer who shot the businessman and the other two people who were injured. The event remained even further without a perpetrator.
Chronicle/2011: Roland Haka, Marklen Haka's brother, was killed on the evening of June 10, 2004 while he was having dinner with some of his friends in a bar in Fushë-Kruje. After someone called him, he got up from the table to go out to the parking lot of the bar. At this moment, unidentified persons shot him with automatic volleys, leaving him dead on the spot. Roland Haka's family had doubts that it was the chrome businessman Nadien Zeneli who had called Roland Haka to ambush him. Zeneli had previous acquaintance with Roland Haka because he was married to a girl from the Haka tribe.
In 2004 Marklen Haka was only 13 years old.
But this event was only the beginning of a series of dramatic and tragic episodes that would haunt Markle Haka in his life. Such events would continue to be accompanied by other serious losses within his family, but also by armed ambushes where this time he himself would be the target. The first attack happened at the door of his apartment in the village of Zeze in Fushë-Kruje, on the night of September 21, 2019, where a platoon of shooters mercilessly shot at members of the Haka family.
In this event, Marklen Haka was seriously injured and was transported to the Trauma Hospital in the capital. While there, he was met with two luxury cars, one of them is identified as Valter Bami, the brother of Durim Bami, a strong character in Nikël. But what made the assassination of Marklen Haka even more serious was the loss of the life of his aunt, Shpresa Basha. She was shot at the door of the apartment and died as a result of the bullets in the Trauma Hospital, just a few minutes after arriving there.
Police report: On September 21, 2019, the operating room was informed that Marklen Haka and his aunt Shpresa Basha were injured in the village of Zeze, Nikël, who later died of her injuries in the hospital. Marklen Haka's apartment is a two-story apartment, surrounded by walls and with a two-door metal gate, while the one-door house is located in the direction of the southern wing. In the square in front of the gate, which leads to the paved road that connects the village of Nikël with the neighborhood of Zeze, as well as a square located on the western side of the asphalt, a total of 85 model 56 7.62 mm cartridges were found.
It was also clear from the frenzy of bullets fired, the severity with which the perpetrators countered Marklen Haka. That evening, according to the investigative file, Marklen Haka arrived at his apartment around 9:00 p.m. But when it seemed that everything was going normally, his cousin informed him about some suspicious movements around their apartments, movements which had been detected the night before the crime.

Midis shtetasve të ndaluar është edhe Marklen Lutfi (Aliu) Haka.
Nga aktet, rezulton se ky shtetas pasi është kapur në flagrancë, sapo ka parë shërbimet e policisë është larguar me vrap dhe është kapur në katin e dytë të objektit, brenda një dhome të lokalit të fshehur mbas një divani.
Nga kontrolli i ushtruar, pranë tij është gjetur një kuti me ngjyrë të verdhë me mbishkrimin OZKURSAN 922 Cal. 9 mm P.A.K, brenda së cilës ndodheshin 44 fishekë me ngjyrë gri, si dhe një telefon i markës ‘Iphone me këllëf ngjyrë kafe’, të cilat janë sekuestruar në cilësinë e provës material dhe u kryen vendimet përkatëse.
Sipas policisë bashkë me Marklen Hakën në momentin e arrestimit u ndaluan edhe disa persona të tjerë, miq dhe shokë të tij, edhe këta, disa të armatosur. Vetë Marklen Haka i tha policisë se ai nuk kishte lidhje me armën që iu gjet në momentin e ndalimit.
Dosja Hetimore: Nga ana e policisë gjyqësore u pyet në cilësinë e personit ndaj të cilit zhvillohen hetimet edhe shtetasi Marklen Haka.

Marklen Haka, tha se nuk e ka kundërshtuar policinë dhe se gjatë kontrollit nuk i është gjetur asgjë e paligjshme. Dhe se fishekët nuk janë të tijat. Pasi ato nuk i janë gjetur atij, por në ambientet e lokalit ku po pinte kafe, në katin e dytë dhe se ai nuk e di se të kujt mund të jenë.
Sikurse kishte mundur tia hidhte më herët drejtësisë, Marklen Haka mundi edhe këtë herë në këtë episod t’i shpëtonte qelisë. Ai u la në masën e arrestit shtëpiak, aty ku duhet të ishte edhe ditën kur la banesën e tij dhe doli për kafe, duke rënë më pas pre e atentatit më qershor 2022.

Edhe pse krimi mbeti pa autor, prokuroria në atë kohë mori në përgjim shumë personazhe të njohur të krimit, midis tyre edhe të fshatit Nikël në Fushë-Krujë. Një ndër këto personazhe që u vendos në përgjim ishte edhe Marklen Haka.

Indrit Rraja, who accompanied Marklen Haka to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana after the assassination in September 2019, was among the first people who served as a bridge between a group of narcotics producers from Vlora and Italian ones, in the Viluni Lagoon Operation.
Pllanaj, was said to be the liaison of the tons of drugs that were getting ready to leave for Italy, through the knowledge and territory of the strongmen of Fushë-Kruja, for which Marklen Haka maintained a consolidated friendship with Indrit Rraja. However, the role of Marklen Haka in this relationship of Rraja with Bardhok Pllanaj or with drug trafficking has not been made clear. Meanwhile, it is known that Marklen Haka maintained friendship with the brothers Durim and Valter Bami.
Frictions between Marklen Haka and Bam, on the other hand, started after the assassination, when Marklen Haka suspected that he had been betrayed by his own group. Clashes began after the execution of Aleksandër Ndoka in Lezhë, the brother of the former Socialist MP Arben Ndoka, in December 2017. Marklen Haka was one of the suspects in this event, which served as a prelude to his dissatisfaction with the Bami brothers. The friendship between them later broke and now they are sworn enemies.
Also, it seems that Marklen Haka became an enemy with Gentjan Bejtje, another exponent of the crime in Fushë-Kruje. Gentjan Bejtja was present in a bar in Fushë-Kruje in February 2013, when Enver Stafuka was kidnapped. An assassination attempt in July 2023, in the village of Larushk in Fushë-Kruja, against the car in which the children of Gentjan Bejtje were traveling, showed the strong clashes within Nikla's 'Strong' group, where Ramazan Sino, his brother-in-law, was killed. kill Gentjan Bejtja had severed relations with Bamë and also with Marklen Haka, refusing to meet with them at the funeral of his murdered friend, businessman Iljas Çali.
