SPAK has closed the investigations for the criminal group that is suspected of drug trafficking, among which is the son of the ex-deputy director of the Tirana Police, Erzen Breçani.
According to SPAK prosecutors, the seizure of 446 kg of cocaine belonging to Eralbi's son in the Netherlands in December 2021 is attributed to the defendants Ismail Zeneli, Besmir Murtati and Eralbi Breçani.
The latter, in cooperation with Ergys Dashi and other persons for whom investigations continue, have cooperated with each other in the form of a structured criminal group, for the trafficking of this amount of cocaine from South America to the Netherlands, where on 05.01 .2021 it became possible to seize this cargo and arrest a Dutch citizen.

The seizure of this load of cocaine-type narcotics has been attributed to Ismail Zeneli (in the role of orderer and financier), Artan Sulejmani (financier), Eralbi Breçani (orderer and financier), Besmir Murtati (orderer and financier) and citizen Ergys Dashi which ensured the supply of cocaine in the countries of origin as well as its loading at the port destined for European ports.

Regarding this criminal fact, it should be noted that Albert Prenga had the role of the orderer and financier for the purchase of narcotics. In the criminal activity of drug trafficking, the defendant Albert Prenga cooperated with other unidentified Albanian citizens, as well as with Dedan Gjoni, who stands out as a collaborator and orderer and financier in the amount of seized narcotics, while the defendant Bajram Grabova had the role of the transporter of the narcotic substance.
