Today, the two grandsons of the former mayor of Mallakastra, Agron Kapllanaj, Ledjan and Klaudio Kapllanaj, as well as Gerald Kollçaku, involved in the clash with BKH agents a few days ago, appeared in the Fier Court.
The Court has imposed the security measure 'arrest in prison' on the three arrested.
In their testimony, they stated that they did not know that the person was an agent of the BKH, because if they had known, they would not have reacted in that way.
The trial panel consists of lawyer Niko Bega, judge Alfred Konomi and prosecutor Petrit Vukaj, while all three of these citizens are charged with "assault in the line of duty".
We recall that BKH and Operational officials, while they were carrying out operations, were filmed by citizen Orjan Isufaj, who is also the director of Agron Kapllanaj's brother's company.
After filming, they left the place where they were positioned.
"About 30 minutes later, while they were standing in their vehicle in another place, on the side of a public road near the place called "Park Roundabout", in the city of Fier, they were approached by three vehicles from which several people got out, who exercised physical violence against the police officers, despite the latter's introduction," the prosecution announced.
