The person has already been declared wanted along with his son, Lorenzo Talhellari.
The cause of the conflict is learned to have been between Lorenzo Talhellari and another person, where the motive, according to police sources, was a fight over sports betting.
His father, Arjani, came to the boy's aid, appearing with a weapon in his hand that appears to be a "Skorpions" automatic rifle.
Arjan Talhellari was unable to shoot, as in his attempt to carry out such an action, the bullets fell to the ground.
The police further explain that during the inspection of the scene, it was found that the glass of the electoral subject's office was damaged, suspected to have been damaged with hard objects.
According to police, two bullets were found at the scene.
