A 19-year-old man has fallen into the hands of the police, after being accused of exploitation of prostitution, while the citizen EA, 22 years old, was criminally prosecuted in a free state, for exercising this activity.
The case in question was discovered by the show 'Piranjat'.
The blue uniforms indicate that the citizen with the initials BM, who is accused of finding clients through social networks, ended up behind bars.
The blues of the capital clarify that the young man is suspected of exploiting citizens aged 18-25 for prostitution, against monetary benefits, and this illegal activity was carried out in various hotels and hostels in Tirana.
"Regarding a video posted on the investigative show "Piranjat", which is about a case of exploitation of prostitution, we inform you that: Services of the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic in DVP Tirana, immediately after the release of the footage , organized the work to identify and bring to legal responsibility the citizen mentioned in the video.
Following the actions, the citizen BM, 19 years old, resident in Tirana, was detained for the criminal offense "Exploitation of prostitution", and the citizen EA, 22 years old, was prosecuted in a free state, for the criminal offense "Prostitution".
The BM citizen is suspected of having used for prostitution, against monetary benefits, citizens aged 18-25 years, and this illegal activity was carried out in various hotels and hostels in Tirana. The 19-year-old used social networks to find different clients, whom he then directed to certain places to meet the citizens he used for prostitution.
Following the actions, one of these citizens was criminally prosecuted. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further procedural actions," the police announced.
