A police officer in Divjaka was arrested by AMP (Police Supervision Agency) after he collided with a car while driving his motorcycle and after the alcohol test, he was found to be drunk.
According to AMP, the arrest of 60-year-old Kostandin Llupo was made after around 11:30 a.m., at the place called the Plow roundabout, on the Lushnje-Divjakë road axis, while driving his motorcycle in a drunken state, he collided with a Mercedes Benz vehicle, which it was run by the citizen KD
The police officer was not on duty at the time of the incident. After performing the alcohol test, it turned out that the police officer Kostandin Llupo was drunk at the rate of 2,000 mg/l.
Officer Kostandin Llupo, on duty as a General Patrol Officer at the Divjak Police Station, as a suspect for committing the criminal offense of "Driving vehicles in an irregular manner".
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office of the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction for further investigation.
