According to the police, the incident happened around 04:00, in the "Tepe" neighborhood of the city.
It is learned that the vehicle of the 50-year-old Kastriot Selimaj - a traffic policeman in DVP Shkodër, was parked in the yard of the apartment while the explosive substance was placed on the rear tire of the vehicle. There were no injuries from the explosion.
As a result, the vehicle was partially damaged. Police forces have gone to the scene and continue to control the area.

Police forces immediately went to the scene and continue to control the area.
