A 32-year-old man was caught red-handed today by the police in Dibër, as he was organizing illegal gambling activities in his bar.
The police also arrested a 21-year-old man in Dibër, who was driving with a metal glove.
" During the checks in the city of Klosit, another case of illegal gambling activity was discovered. The police initiate criminal proceedings against the owner of the bar.
The structures of the Dibër Local Police Directorate referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the criminal proceedings were initiated against the citizen GH, 32 years old, resident of Klos, for the criminal offenses "Making premises available for illegal games", "Organizing illegal lotteries". The 32-year-old man was caught red-handed by "Shqiponja" forces, as he was organizing illegal gambling activities in his bar.
- In Dibër, a 21-year-old citizen of BD, a resident of Dibër, was arrested red-handed, as during the search of the vehicle he was driving, the police services found and confiscated a metal glove (fist amplifier).
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
