A 28-year-old man was arrested by the capital's police for the criminal offense of "pornography with a minor".
The Blues announce that the young man on various social network platforms, mainly on the social networks "Instagram" and "WhatsApp", allegedly administered and distributed sensitive images in the form of videos with pornographic content with minors.

On the part of the Sector for the Investigation of Cybercrimes, in the Local Directorate of the Tirana Police, after an intensive work, in the function of the investigations of a criminal proceeding, which was followed with special methods of investigation, after the analysis of the interceptions of impulses and electronic cells, it became possible to identify and arrest the citizen:
EH, 28 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense "Pornography with minors", provided by article 117/2/3 of the Criminal Code.
This citizen, on various social network platforms, mainly on the social networks "Instagram" and "WhatsApp", is suspected of having administered and distributed sensitive images in the form of videos with pornographic content with minors.
On the part of the Sector for the Investigation of Cybercrimes, a smartphone with which this activity was carried out has been seized as material evidence, which will be subjected to a detailed cyber examination.
Investigations into this proceeding continue with the aim of identifying other citizens involved in this criminal activity.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office.
