Other details have come to light regarding the "Tunnel" operation in Tirana, where the police discovered a grass house in an old state warehouse.

It is learned that the organizer of this illegal activity is 46-year-old Saimir Karaj, who is wanted.

Karaj is the uncle of Erlind Tresa, the person who was put in handcuffs together with 6 other people.

The arrested persons are: Erlind Tresa, Reshit Tresa, Asqeri Likaj, Elvis Lala, Ervis Pashollari, Elton Cenaliu and Gëzim Gjonpali.

Meanwhile, the police say that a total of 293 narcotic plants, cannabis sativa, were seized, which were destroyed by burning.

According to the police, the arrested had adapted a tunnel, from the first floor to the second floor of the warehouse, for the cultivation of narcotic plants by means of lamps.
