The first court hearing against Artan Tafani and other individuals who are part of Laert Haxhiu's group has been postponed to May 21.
The reason for the postponement was the absence of the defendants' three defense attorneys.
INVESTIGATIONS
Lulzim Spahija (Arapi); Artan (Marjus) Tafani; Ligor Romacka; Bledar Berberi; Erisiano Abedini; Bujar Abedini; Mariglen Topuzi; Idriz Manej; Enriko Xhahysa have been taken into custody and accused of a series of criminal events, along with Laert Haxhiu.
This structured criminal group is accused of having committed the following criminal offenses:
1- "Destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of citizen Arian Aliço, event that occurred on 05.04.2021 in Lushnja;
2- "destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of citizens, Besnik Çoku and Erion Çoku, event that occurred on 29.05.2021, 02:15, "Gafurr Muço" neighborhood, building No. 4, Lushnjë;
3- "premeditated murder", committed for personal gain, with victim Çajup Selimi, event that occurred on 01.06.2021, at 21.15, in Tepelena;
4- "premeditated murder" that occurred on 02.06.2021, with the victim Fridman Xhaferraj, whose body was found dead on 13.06.2021, at the Gjançi reservoir, in Korça;
5- "premeditated murder", committed for personal gain, with the victim Alban Semaku (Elton Mermali), incident that occurred in the Çezme neighborhood, Peqin, on 17.10.2021;
6- "blood feud murder" with victim Albi (Dijonist) Bashaliu, event that occurred in Gjoçaj, Peqin, on 27.12.2021;
7- "armed robbery" of Gëzim Çepele's vehicle, on 27.01.2022, on the Tirana-Elbasan highway, near the Palmanova gas station-bar-restaurant, Tirana;
8- "premeditated murder" attempted, to the detriment of Kujtim Meta, committed for personal gain, occurred on 20.04.2022, in Lushnje;
9- "destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of Bashkim Rajku and Rigels Rajku (Noizy), event that occurred on 08.06.2022, in Durrës;
10- "destruction of property with explosives" to the detriment of Bujar Turku, event that occurred on 01.11.2022, in Lushnje;
11- "destruction of property with explosives" again to the detriment of Bujar Turku/Resmije Turku, event that occurred on 31.12.2022, in Lushnje;
12- "armed robbery" of a vehicle owned by Marjus Zejneli, which occurred on 22.02.2023, in Sallmone, Shijak (Durrës);
13- "providing the conditions and material means to commit the murder" of Genci Hida in Lushnja, in the period April-May 2023;
14- “unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition” in areas open to the public;
15- “unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition” in large quantities;
In addition to the members of the criminal group described above, the investigation has proven the involvement in the commission of the crimes of the following defendants:
I pandehuri Bujar Abedini, akuzohet për veprën penale “përkrahja e autorit të krimit”, e ndodhur më datë 01.06.2021, rreth orës 21:15, në lagjen “15 Shtatori”, Tepelenë, ku mbeti i vrarë me armë zjarri Çajup Selimi;
I pandehuri Mariglen Topuzi, akuzohet si bashkëpunëtor në vrasjen e kryer në dëm të Fridman Xhaferraj, më datë 02.06.2021, trupi i të cilit u gjet më pas (datë 13.06.2021) tek rezervuari i Gjançit;
I pandehuri Idriz Manej akuzohet për veprën penale “moskallëzimi i krimit’’, i vrasjes së Fridman Xhaferaj, ndodhur më datë 02.06.2021 në Korçë, trupi i të cilit u nxorr pas disa ditësh nga rezervuari i Gjançit;
I pandehuri Enriko Xhahysa, akuzohet si bashkëpunëtor me Artan (Marjus) Tafani, Lulzim Spahija (Arapi), Laert Haxhiu etj persona të paidentifikuar, në vrasjen për gjakmarrje në dëm të Albi (Dijonist) Bashaliu, ngjarje e ndodhur në Gjoçaj, Peqin, më datë 27.12.2021;
I pandehuri Bledar Berberi akuzohet dhe për “mbajtje pa leje e ofrim për shitje të armëve e municionit’’, para ngjarjes së datë 27.12.2021, në Gjocaj, Peqin, ku u vra Albi (Dijonist) Bashaliu;
I pandehuri Artan (Marjus) Tafani akuzohet për kryerjen i vetëm të veprave penale “vjedhje me armë” e pikës së këmbimit valutor, në pronësi të Shezai Çobo, në rrugën Tom Plezha, Astir, Tiranë, më datë 24.06.2023 dhe “mbajtje pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit luftarak”, në mjedise të hapura për publikun, në rastin arrestimit të Artan (Marjus) Tafani, më datë 24.09.2023, tek Hotel “Rio”, në autostradën Lushnje-Fier, lagjia Saver.
Është dokumentuar se aktiviteti kriminal i këtij grupimi të strukturuar është i shtrirë nga muaji prill i vitit 2021 deri në muajin maj të vitit 2023, kur dhe arrestohet në Greqi, drejtuesi dhe organizatori i këtij grupimi kriminal, Laert Haxhiu – personi ndaj të cilit vijojnë hetimet, pas ekstradimit të tij nga Greqia. Laert Haxhiu, organizatori dhe drejtuesi i këtij grupimi kriminal, ku bënin pjesë edhe të akuzuarit; Artan (Marjus) Tafani, Lulzim Spahija (Arapi), Ligor Romaçka, Bledar Berberi dhe Erisiano Abedini, e filloi ndërmarrjen e akteve kriminale ndaj jetës, shëndetit dhe pronës së viktimave të krimeve, në shenjë hakmarrjeje për vrasjen e kushëririt të tij (djalit të xhaxhait) Klodian Haxhiut, të ndodhur vite më parë dhe pas arrestimit lidhjeve të tij të ngushta shoqërore, shtetasve Anterio Kaloshi dhe Orgest Bilbili.
Led and organized by Laert Haxhiu, his criminal group undertook concrete criminal acts to kill persons whom he considered to be members of Aldo Bare's criminal group, whom he believed to have been involved in the murder of his cousin. The criminal acts of this structured group did not only aim at the life and health of the alleged opponents, but also at the destruction of their property as well as acts of theft of property with the use of weapons. In addition to the murders of Çajup Selim and Albi (Dijonist) Bashaliu, all the other crimes mentioned above were organized, promoted and executed as a sign of revenge and for the same motives.
Investigations against Laert Haxhiu and other persons under investigation, as well as unidentified persons, continue within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 227 of 2023./Oranews
