The court hearing for the "Golden Bullet" case has been postponed for the umpteenth time, this time due to the absence of lawyers for some of the defendants.
It was learned that the lack of lawyers for the defendants forced the Special Court (GJKKO) to postpone the hearing of the case once again.
The court set July 16 as the next hearing date, warning that the unjustified absence of lawyers will no longer be tolerated. According to the court's decision, if the situation repeats, fines will be imposed on them.
In addition to postponing the trial, the Court also decided to suspend the detention terms for all defendants until the continuation of the judicial review.
The "Golden Bullet" case, one of the most important criminal trials in the country, has faced several delays during its development, while this session also failed to take place due to the lack of legal representatives of the defendants.
