Pandeli Nakoleci, the 40-year-old Albanian man who killed his 36-year-old wife with a sharp instrument in front of their children, is expected to appear before the investigating judge today.

With a simple question, “didn’t you think about us?”, the couple’s eldest daughter tried to find out from her father what was the reason he killed her mother. The perpetrator, after his arrest, claimed that he was “confused” into believing that she was cheating on him.
The couple's children report that their father is pathologically jealous and that their mother did not talk to other men or have an extramarital affair.
The 18-year-old was present at the moment of her mother's murder. She has her mother's photo on her phone and looks at it constantly, while screaming in rage that she is now an orphan because her father "died" for her. The couple's other children are also in a tragic situation, especially their 13-year-old son, who grabbed his father by the throat in order to stop him from committing the crime.

What does the perpetrator claim about the murder in Volos?
As he claims, when the 36-year-old became pregnant a short time ago, she told him the child was not his and he was devastated.
"I was furious, I lost my mind, my mind went blank when she told me that the child she had was not mine and that she would send me photos and videos with her new partner. My suspicions were confirmed. From Easter onwards, the evil began. A third party ruined our lives. I feel sorry, I think about my children, what will happen to them, I would like to turn back time, I wanted to hurt myself," he said.
However, the 36-year-old's family describes abusive behavior and how the 40-year-old repeatedly raped her so that she would get pregnant and not divorce him.
This morning, a welcoming ceremony is being held for victim Marjola Nakoleci, who was murdered 4 days ago in Volos, Greece.
Her body was brought back on Monday afternoon and will be laid to rest in the cemetery of the city of Korça. Friends, family and relatives of the victim are saying their final farewells to the 36-year-old and are in a serious psychological state while they have categorically banned the presence of the media.
The funeral ceremony is expected to take place around 11:00 AM.
