The Special Prosecutor's Office has given the conclusions for the property investigation for Redjan Rraja. The prosecutor's office requested the confiscation of all assets in his name or his family members' name, including Kejvina Kthjella's luxurious Audi. According to SPAK, the vehicle in question was bought with illegal income from Redjan Rraja and was donated to Kejvina.
Meanwhile, among the assets that are requested to be confiscated are:
Apartment-type property, (Commercial Unit) with 76 m2, located in Tirana.
Property of the Commercial Unit type, with sip. 30 m2, located in Tirana.
Property of the Commercial Unit type, with sip. 127.5 m2, located in Tirana.
Property of the garage type, with sip. 18.09 m2, located in Tirana.
Property of the garage type, with sip. 18.09 m2, located in Tirana.
2 (two) "Audi - A8" type vehicles.
"Bentley" Continental type vehicle.
A "Rolex" type wristwatch.
The amount of 2750 Euros.
Redjan Rraja has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the overpass attack in Shkozeti, where prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and Aleksandër Laho were injured and driver Andi Maloku lost his life.
Meanwhile, Arjol Halilaj, who is accused of being an accomplice of Rraja in the assassination, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison. Redjan Rraj was arrested in Shkodër, at the border point of Hani i Hoti, in an attempt to leave for Montenegro, after it was discovered by the fingerprints on the vehicle found by the police after the assassination.
